Felt both as though I am in an '80s movie as well as in my dad's Jeep Cherokee with the windows down on the way to school. Regardless, if these are fair comparisons, I was reminded of songs like "This Cat's on a Hot Tin Roof" by the Brian Setzer Orchestra and "Rescue Me" by the Alarm. Ultimately giving me a sense of nostalgia, not for the time this music was actually created, but for my childhood where music like this could be found in every room of my home. This feeling is captured by a playlist I curated called "Dad Music," and this album will be added to its ranks.
