Another summer has come and gone. This wasn't a particularly eventful summer. No big vacations, or anything like that. I didnt have a Brat Summer or a HOTTOGO Summer or an Espresso Summer. Kept it pretty low key, no regrets. I did, however, make some new friends. And they're the worst people I've ever met. This will always be remembered as the summer I got into Vanderpump Rules. I'm pretty picky about the reality TV that I watch. I don't do the Batchelor/Bachelorette or Love Islands. I couldn't get into the Real Housewives, but I started watching it from the beginning, which I've been told is wrong; I'm open to suggestions for franchises/seasons. I check in and out with the extended Netflix Reality Universe (The Circle, Love Is Blind, Too Hot to Handle, etc.). VPR scratches the trash TV itch that I pretend I don't have. Terrible people being terrible to each other for my entertainment. It's dirty, it's fun, it's easy. That's a wrap on Summer 2024, bring on the sweater weather.

Sincere question: is it "rules" like "a set of regulations or principles" or "rules" like "control of or dominion over an area or people"? Or is it supposed to be a double entendre? I will never watch this show so I figure this is as good an opportunity as any to ask.
