Prompt: "A song that your friend picks for today, since you've done nothing this summer besides talk about the Song Challenge, and that friend has opinions, and wants to participate, and is jealous they didn't hop on board last Memorial Day"

"You Are My Sunshine"
The Dead South
Easy Listening for Jerks, Pt. 1 EP, 2022
My wife and I always enjoyed checking into our wedding venue because of the music they played in the lobby. They played classical music versions of popular, mainstream songs. We enjoyed trying to decipher each song, which can be tough without any vocals. The Dead South plays a pretty similar concept, but they apply a southern twang and vocals. Something about their music is just relaxing.
