I'm going to say a stupid thing: B-side, demo, and alternative versions are foreign concepts to me. I mean, I know what a B-side is technically, but I couldn't name any off the top of my head, and I certainly don't know what would constitute a B-side in this digital age of music. That said, I had to turn to the internet, which was helpful, but also gave me the impression that this side of music is akin to secret menu items at a fast-food chain. Kendrick Lamar (All Hail King Kendrick!) is where I finally landed. I was embarrassed to call myself a fan when I discovered an entire album (untitled unmastered.) I had never heard and this song that I chose for today's prompt, released one week after the amazing good kid, m.A.A.d city. Looking forward to this explored Kendrick album, but this kind of stuff is too much for me. Please just spoon feed me everything!
