Is Katla worth watching? I've debated it!!
It's definitely worth checking out. I think the biggest knock against it is that it can feel slow. My favorite part is that I could not guess where the show was going. Not in an American Horror Story "this plot point was randomly thrown in, so no one could have predicted it" way. Every new bit of information makes sense, even if it's surprising.
TL;DR: It's a good, deliberate mystery show. It's just a matter of whether it moves fast enough for you.
