And that's if you only are writing for the current Album of the Week! If you've never written before, then you could check out the archives and theoretically write up to 192 fresh reviews at this point. That would be more than enough to earn yourself a quesadilla or two.
Oh boy, and isn't this a good week to talk about the importance of writing reviews. Why don't you check out the new album pick below, and let us know what you think. It might be a trip.

READING SOME SHIT: I'm about to ask Sunny to try to find a bootleg pdf version of this lady's book, Halloween Parade. Please do not spend $20 on it. There are hundreds of kids' books at your local library.
PREVIOUSLY ON RECORD CLUB: Well, Smart Kids was billed as "children's educational," but that was mostly part of the joke. This album is the first of its kind in Record Club, as far as the music itself goes. Superficially, we could probably find a few weak connects to previously featured albums. Wondering kinda sounds like Wanderer. Track #2 says that we are "Under the Same Sky" as Miley Cyrus' "Midnight Sky" and Bruce Springsteen's "Empty Sky." Track #4 speaks of a "Halloween Parade," which is similar to My Chemical Romance's "Black Parade." Track #6 "Rain Rain Rain" could very well be War on Drugs' "Occasional Rain," Guster's "Rainy Day," and Erika de Casier's "Rainy" (OK Go says "Let It Rain," but Tina Turner says "I Can't Stand the Rain," and so on, and so on). "We've Got Music"? Indeed we do. Lots of it.
Happy listening, fam! Have a great week!
