I never listened to My Chemical Romance when they first showed up and unfortunately dismissed those that did because I was too busy listening to the Decemberists so not sure who should be more embarrassed. Now I firmly believe "Teenagers" may be one of the most important songs of the 2000s. Is this a better record than the other ~concept album~ of the era, Green Day’s American Idiot? Probably!
