WHY JOE PICKED IT: I was originally gonna go with Neutral Milk Hotel's Everything Is EP, but that doesn't seem to be on streaming services in full, so I went to Stereogum's Best EPs of 2019 list, and the first comment below was someone decrying that Ducks Unlimited had been forgotten. Here we are. Enjoy.
