I was almost certainly conceived during a long weekend trip to Lake Tahoe in November 1990. My parents were living in California at the time and opted to do a getaway instead of flying home for Thanksgiving. When I dare to imagine the night(?) I was conceived, I imagine the main soundtrack was the kind of smooth jazz that was becoming irresistible to the the public in the early '90s, and would be perfectly suited to a casino hotel lobby.
