Drawing the comparison to **v***** isn’t what I'd do, but I get why. It doesn't have enough beep boops! I'd immediately make the association to Metric, mixed in with a bit more pop and indie, Tegan and Sara or adjacent. Alls to say it fits in and around my sensibilities enough that it was a nice week of listening, but nothing terribly stuck, as I kept tending to compare to my more familiar touchstones.
