Hmmm... everything from the album art to the titles to the lyrics to the, of course, sound in this album signals strange and foreign. Not just foreign as in foreign nation, but foreign to human sensibilities. It's beep boop music cranked up a notch. If there's a theme or throughline here, I couldn't tell you where to start looking. This is the sort of music I imagine plays to accompany some odd animation at 2:30 AM on [adult swim]. I say with some adoration because that is the timeslot when some real creative stuff happens. It's also when some nightmare fuel happens. Pretty miserable for the 9 AM commute, pretty good for the 5 PM one.
