Three Reviews of Help Us Stranger by The Raconteurs
1) "As long as we're dying / we want the death of rock and roll" —"Arizona" by Constantines.
2) Help Us Stranger makes a great case for Jack White's eventual Las Vegas rock and roll revue.
3) There is only one finer "I'm not angry, I'm actually laughing at how funny this is" move than writing a song with the principal perspective of "I'm not mad, you're just obsessed with me," and it is titling that song "Don't Bother Me." From any other artist, this would be perceptive countering of a narrative. Alas, it comes from Jack White.
