I want to start this review by saying this is my "quarantine album." I have listened to it at least once a day since mid-March. It fucking slaps. It’s what I listen to when I’m headed to the hospital for work, I listen to it while at work to pump people up, I listen when I’m headed home to to keep myself awake for the drive home!
This album to me represents a perfect pop album. It keeps you engaged and has an unrivaled dance beat throughout. It’s perfect for all the TikTok dances we’re learning while stuck at home!!!!
It starts strong with "Future Nostalgia," which is just pure pop dancy fun. "Cool" is my personal favorite song on the album because it has the perfect rhythm to it. "Levitating" is great for fast talking and fast clapping. "Hallucinate" reminds me of a Madonna song and frankly I’m here for it.
I truly can’t say enough good things about this album. I just can’t wait until one of these gems is the lip sync battle on Ru Paul’s Drag Race! 5/5 stars ✨💫
