Regrettably, I had never listened to Frightened Rabbit before the lead singer died. But it didn't take long at all for this album (Pedestrian Verse) to quickly become a favorite of mine. It became my go-to album for driving. Most of the time in the car I am playing songs from The Mario Bros. Movie or some weird YouTuber as requested by the kids. But last year, I had a ton of appointments with my OB-GYN because I needed to have an ultrasound done every four weeks. And kids are not allowed to be in the ultrasound room at this office. So, I got to drive a lot alone. I love my kids, but it was so enjoyable to be in the car by myself. And most days I would play Pedestrian Verse, with "Acts of Man" leading the way.
